Investment Committee

Investment Committee is under the responsibility of the Board of Directors as stated in the OJK Regulation, No. 2/POJK.05/2014, paragraph 11, article 1. In performing its tasks, the Investment Committee assists the Board of Directors in formulating and monitoring the implementation of investment policy.

Robby Loho Drs., MBA, APAI, CIIB, AAIK, QIP, ICBU, CPIE – Chairman

He was born in Makassar on December 23, 1952 and earned a Bachelor’s Degree from the Faculty of Economics, University of Indonesia, in 1981. He held a position as President Director based on an Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on June 29, 2006. He has assumed a role as Head of the Investment Committee since March 15, 2013 based on Decision Letter No. 083/DIR/SDM/032013.

Prior to joining Marein, Robby Loho held an executive position as Director in several insurance companies, including PT Asuransi Umum Mega, PT Asuransi Central Asia, PT Asuransi Sinarmas and PT Asuransi Wahana Tata.

Yanto J. Wibisono, SE – Member

Yanto J. Wibisono was born in Jakarta on May 17, 1967. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree from the Faculty of Economics, University of Parahyangan, Bandung in 1990. He held a position as Director based on an Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on May 16, 2012. Yanto J. Wibisono was appointed as Member of the Investment Committee on March 15, 2013 based on a Decision Letter No. 083/DIR/SDM/032013.

Prior to joining Merein, Yanto J. Wibisono held an executive position as AVP, CFO and Directors in several companies, including in Tamara group, Sinarmas group and Asco group, with banking, investment, trade and property as their business lines. He also once held a position as Commissioner in Bank Chinatrust Indonesia and in several other companies.

Agustia Budiman, MBA – Member

Agustia Budiman was born in Jakarta on September 13, 1967. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree from New York University, US, majoring in Accounting and Information System, in 1991 and obtained a Magister Degree from the Faculty of Business and Economics, Monash University, Australia, in 2001. He was appointed as a Member of Investment Committee on March 15, 2013 based on a Decision Letter No. 083/DIR/SDM/032013.

Prior to joining Marein, Agustia Budiman has held several executive positions in several companies, including PT Karwell Indonesia Tbk and Maxxi Securities. In 2013 he was entrusted to assume a role as Head of Investment Division of PT Maskapai Reasuransi Indonesia and holds the position to the present.
